Water: 6-inch PVC Fireline (C900 CL 150) 110 linear feet Based upon our previous meeting, Development Services has begun providing us engineering estimates with the private development plans. This will allow us to identify the cost of the infrastructure in the future . We do not have the engineering estimates for this project. This memo provides a record of the infrastructure acceptance . However, the engineering cost estimates for this infrastructure will be required from Development Services. c : Natalie Ruiz, Development Coordinator Jerry Jones, Engineering Technician Missy Green, Staff Assistant LETTER OF COMPLETION CITY ENGINEER /{) ·-/2 -c:J D CITY OF COLLEGE STATION COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS ,.-,. // I! Please find enclosed a drawing of the existing and proposed drainage areas and a tabulation of the existing and proposed 5-yr flows of each area. The site is 60,166 SF and is currently developed as an office building with parking facilities . The existing impervious area of the site is 47656 SF and is divided into four drainage areas. The proposed development is a retail building with parking facilities . The proposed impervious area of the site is 52130 SF. We have designed the proposed development to approximate the existing drainage pattern . As shown on the drainage area maps and flow calculations, the proposed areas and flows draining to each area is approximately the same as the existing areas and flows. Although each of the areas has a slight increase in impervious area, the increased 5-yr. flows to each area are negligible and we believe the amount of increase is therefore insignificant and should not require any mitigation.
