Ruiz: Our Client is proposing a commercial development of an 8 acre tract of land located in the southeast corner of the intersection between the East Frontage Road of State Highway 6 and Rock Prairie Road . We are requesting oversize participation on the extension of an 18-inch ductile iron pipe waterline by which the City of College ; Sta ti on is requesting our Client to furnish as part of his development. The proposed waterline begins at the intersection of old Rock Prairie Road and the East Front age Road of State Highway 6 . The proposed wa terline follows north along the frontage road and ends just inside lot one . The total length of the proposed 18-inch waterline is 750 linear feet , refer to the mi.ached construction plans. As shown in our waterline anal ys is , t he max imum size waterline required t o supply water to the pri:.>po sed g acre de ve lopment is &~inches , refer to the attached analysis . The differences in the-construction costs of these two different waterline sizes 1s what is being requested for oversize participat10n. The engineer 's probable construction costs for the 8-inch waterline is estimated to be $19 ,660 . 0 0 . The probable construction costs for the 18 -inch ductile iron pipe waterline is estimated to be $58 ,630 .00 , refer to the attached cost summary table .
