As per your request I am sending copies of our standard curb details with this letter for your use. We
request that the appropriate curb and gutter detail be shown on the site demolition/construction plans
that are submitted with your development permit application . Also enclosed with this letter is a
development permit application. This application must be returned with the processing fee of $100 at
which time we will issue a development permit for this project stating the scope of work permitted. We
request ¢.at the application be signed by the owner/agent of the project. The actual development permit
we issue can be signed either by the owner or the contractor for the project and will be available after
we receive the application and plans.
I am returning your p~ans and specifications you submitted originally. We have no other comment on
the plans e?'cept that the curb and gutter detail chosen for the appropriate field condition be shown on
the demolition/construction plan . We do not need a copy of the specifications for this project but we do
request three copies of the revised plans . Submit additional copies of the plans if you wish to have them
stamped approved by the City of Colleg~ Station.

As I indicated in our telephone conversation, there is no permit required to remove the
driveways on the Brazos Duplex property even though a portion of each driveway is on
public right-of-way. We will require that a curb and gutter section be installed along each
former driveway location to protect the integrity of the pavement and facilitate water flow
down the street.
We have some typical curb and gutter details we can provide if you need. Once you have
developed the plans, please submit them to Paul Kaspar in the Development Services
office for review. If you have further questions, you may contact Paul or myself at 764-
3570. Thank you .
