College Station , TX 77840 Ref: Stormwater Runoff Allen Honda Shop Expansion College Station, TX Dear Paul: January 9, 1998 I have reviewed the expansion plans for the referenced project to ascertain the impact of increased runoff due to the change of pervious to impervious suriace. The result is as follows: The total lot area is 2.296 acres (100,014 s.f.). The amount of grassy area that will be covered by concrete upon completion of the project is 155 s.f. or about 0.15% of the total lot area.
