The building is to be enlarged by approximately 2,900 square feet of floor space . The expansion will be accomplished in an area at the back of the building that is now a paved area. It will neither increase nor decrease the impervious area of the site ; thereby creating no changes in stormwater runoff rates or volume. Likewise, there is no change in stormwater runoff routing. All runoff will continue to flow as it now flows within the current site development configuration. Sincerely, l MLH/av
