RE : Replat submittal on Trac A , The Glade Section 12 This project seems to be a hybrid in that it is platted , but requires substantial infrastructure to develop. Additionally , staff and P & Z approval of the lot configuration seems to be prudent prior to the design of the streets, water and sewer. This plat is being submitted as a replat, however, contours and proposed utilities are being shown as if this were a preliminary plat. It would be our intent that upon approval of the lot configuration and utility layout, this "replat" can be easily converted to the standard replat form, i.e . without contours I proposed utilities .
