The Owner and/or Contractor shall also insure that any disturbed vegetation be returned to its original condition , placement and state . The Owner and/or Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to adjacent properties, city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equipment as well as erosion, siltation or sedimentation resulting from the permitted work . In accordance w ith Chapter 13 of the Code of Ord inances of the City of College Station, measures shall be taken to insure that debris from construction , erosion , and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets , or existing drainage facilities. Fax _ !)40·G!)2·4029 Subject: Fire Flow for Rosa's Restaurant Dear Josh , 940-692-4029 I have received two tlow reports from Butch Willis, Water Wastewater Division that were run on Friday, February 3, 2006. The reports arc attached for hydrnnl nwnhers C-096 and C-065. The Hows were 1375 and 1405 gpm respectively. Both have adequate residual pressure for the lire installer to design the sprinkler system in th~ building. Rosa's Restaurant falls into the building type IIA. Per the International Fire Code Table B 105.1 fire flow per buildings of 1-12, 700 sq fl is given as 1500 gpm rmnimum. Dividing this between the two hydrants we sec lhat each exceed the 750 gpm that would be required as noted above . A<> J understand this is the only item that you require to complete the building permit other than any civil dr.1wings changes you have discussed with CEI. Please let me know if you have any questions. We are looking forward to receiving your building pennit so construction may move ahead. CEI has addressed the comments received 1/3 /06 in the following manner: Planning comments: 1. The storage building has been relocated outside the 10' electric easement. 2 . The easement dedication sheet for all Rosa's Cafe easements will be faxed to you as requested. Engineering comments: 1. Clean-outs have been provided every 100' for the proposed 6" sanitary sewer line. 2. The description for the sanitary sewer line type has been changed to its correct type. 3. An additional valve has been added to the water line after the 8"x6" tee. 4 . The description for the water main line type has been changed to its correct type. 5. The 6"x6" tee callout has been changed to read 6" 90 degree bend. 6. The water line has been located within its required depth of 4 'until the point of connection into the building. 7 . The 8" gate valve previously shown on the utility plan has been removed leaving only the 8" tapping saddle and valv e. 8. Utility plan sheet C4.2 has a callout to refer to B/CS Standard Construction Details prior to construction. 9. Fire flow report will be provided by MEP Engineer. 10. Water demands will be provided by MEP Engineer. 11. Sanitary sewer demands will be provided by MEP Engineer. 12. Rosa's Cafe is included as part of University Town Center 's drainage system, but not included in any Storm Water Discharge reports.
