The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff rev iew and approval of the plans: __ One (1) set of revised construction documents. This development is in the Spring Creek Impact Fee Area . 2. Provide profile detail of 12" main connection to 18" main . Gate valve required on 18" main . 3. Please use encasement on proposed 12" main at conflict with 16 " Wellborn main. 4. Specify the type of bore proposed for the Greens Prairie crossing. 5. The 12 " main must maintain a 5' buffer from the ROW or easement boundary . 6 . Please depict use of structural backfill in profile where needed . 7. Please provide profile detail of 8" main crossing Lakeway Dr. 8. Encasement required for 8" main crossing Lakeway Dr. 9. Please depict the temporary turn around for the Lakeway Dr. dead end and include typical asphalt section . 10. Note may be placed on temporary turn around depiction stating the possible options for having and not having to install temporary turn around . 11 . Please provide erosion control plan, especially at the end of the Lakeway Dr . extension . 12 . All development shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City Engineer for the above named project . All of the applicable codes and ordinances of the City of College Station shall apply .
