College Station Cellular One project. This drainage report has been
revised based on your on site observations of the drainage flows past the
subject property. This drainage report supersedes all previously
submitted drainage reports.

DRAINAGE STUDY
CELLULAR ONE
NEW CELL SITE -S. COLLEGE STATION
ARRINGTON ROAD
September 25, 1995
This drainage analysis follows the procedures as outlined in the
"Drainage Policy and Design Standards" which are contained in the
"Stormwater Management Plan for the City of College Station".
The subject property is located Southeast of the City of College Station
near the intersection of Highway 6 and Green Prairie Road. The property
is more precisely located on the West side of Arrington Road,
approximately 1560 feet from the intersection of Arrington Road and Green
Prairie Road.
The subject property is in the Alum Creek watershed. The intersection of
Arrington Road and the driveway to the property is located at the high
point between two drainage areas, therefore, no runoff water flows past
the property along Arrington Road. Runoff from the property, at
Arrington Road flows from the site, both to the North and to the South,
along Arrington Road to existing culverts under arrington Road. From
these culverts the runoff the follows a series of small tributaries until
in flows into Alum Creek at a point West of Highway 6. This area lies in
College Station Basin Reference No 10.
On site investigations confirm that no runoff water flows past the site
along Arrington Road. As no storm water runoff flows past the site at
the intersection of the driveway to the site and Arrington Road no
drainage pipes are required under the driveway to the South College
Station Cellular One Site.
This Drainage Report supersedes and voids all previous Drainage Reports
submitted for this project location.
