Texas Avenue Bryan, TX 77803 RE: Revised Plan and Profile for Jordan Subdivision Dear Mr. Williams: Shortly after receiving TxDOT's approval for the subject waterline within SH30's Right of Way, it was determined that field utility conflicts prohibited the proposed design. Therefore the plan and profile configurations were adjusted . Since this adjustment alters the location of the waterline within SH30's Right of Way, I am forwarding a copy of the revised sheet for your records . No response is necessary, but please contact me if you have concerns or need something more from me . S~~./ Date Contractor Date TO : FROM: DATE: RE: MEM ORANDUM OPERATIONS GROUP STAFF Frank Simpson~ April 13, 1993 Telephone Check on Job Applicant During last week's S-B-R-G Staff meeting (4-7-93) Mr. Woody discussed a telephone check form that Public Services has been using for job applicants. Attached is the form used by Public Services. Those who have used this form prior to the interview have found it a very helpful aid during the interview process, but it may also be used after the interview. Public Services requires that all their job applicants will have telephone checks done verifying their last three positions. · The form then is attached to the application and becomes part of their personnel file if they are hired. While the Operations Group is not going to require this be done at this time, it would be beneficial to use the form for some hirings in different areas. In four or six months those who have used the form can provide some feedback to others as to whether or not they have found the form to be useful. cc: JCW Bill Ray Garry Steve ~ ,.
