Laza: Attached is a copy of the referenced access driveway permit with the following additions: 1) A traffic control plan is required, as per TMUTCD, for proposed construction within the SH 6 ROW. If it is anticipated that a traffic lane will be closed during site improvements, a traffic control plan covering this contingency should be submitted prior to the start of construction. 2) Reinforcing for concrete access driveways within the ROW shall be number 4 bars at 24" O.C.B.W. or equivalent. 3) Terminate proposed riprap flume (4") five (5') feet east of existing ditch flowline. Submit also two (2) copies of the revised drawing presented at PRC and TxDOT permit application .
