Contractor shall prevent silt and debris from leaving the site in accordance with the City of College Station Drainage Policy and Design Criteria. Owner and/or contractor shall be responsible for any damage to existing city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equipment. In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be taken to insure that debris from construction, erosion, and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets, or existing drainage facilities. I hereby grant this permit for development of an area outside the special flood hazard area . ARTICLE III GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. Dura,llim. Severabj!ity. Invalidation of any one of these covenants or restrictions by judgment or court order :;hall in no way affect any other provisions which shall remain in full force o.nd effect. Notwithstamling the foregoin2. any amenc1ment to the Tract 2 Easement shQll require the \.vtlttcn agreement of unly Bunon Creek and the owner of Tract l; and the Restaurant Easement may be amended by a wriLL~n agreement only among 8i1rton Creek and the owners of Tract 3 and Tract 4. 3. Condemnation. Abandonment.
