We herewith request an additional extension of time to allow for regrading and reseeding of the detention ponds in order to provide the required ground coverage. We feel this request is justified based on the fact we have encountered weather conditions in the interim that have severely hampered our ability to obtain the desired results . As a matter of fact , we spent a great deal of money to have the area reworked, including removing accumulated silt, repairing the silt fence , regrading the slopes of the detention ponds where they had rutted, and replaced the hydromulch that had washed away . Since that time , the rain has created t he need for additional work which we are planning to do as soon as conditions permit. We plan to install erosion control matting where necessary to help hold the soil and grass seed . We hope to have this done in the very near future , but inasmuch as the February 3 , 1995 deadline is fast approaching, we request an extension of thirty (30) days be granted . Your cooperation is appreciated ; and should you wish to discuss this in greater detail , please do not hesitate to call. Sincerely, CLOUD CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. DanH.
