Are you all o.k. with issuing a C.O. on
this project? I lost track of this
project along the way! Didn't even
realize a b.p. had been issued! It was
such a small addition to a large
project, I overlooked it, and now they
want a C.O. Can you imagine?!?

RE: College Station Clinic, Scott & White
Dear Mr. Case,
We are in receipt of your request for a time extension on the above referenced facility .
We understand your difficulty in getting to these areas due to the rainy conditions we have
experienced since early November. As you stated in your letter, please assure that those
areas that have rutted or washed are reshaped prior to hydromulching . Also be sure that
all silt that has been deposited in the bottom of the detention structures or downstream is
cleaned out. There are some areas (along the State Highway 6 right-of-way) that can be
shaped and hydromulched easily because of their accessibility . We would ask that even
though we will grant the 30 day extension as requested, these highly visible areas be
completed as soon as possible .
attention to this is very much appreciated .

Dear Ms. Morgan:
RECEIVED JAN 2 7 1995
This letter pertains to Item #1 of your letter dated November 3, 1994 regarding the requirements for
the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the referenced project. We herewith request an
additional extension of time to allow for regrading and reseeding of the detention ponds in order to
provide the required ground coverage. We feel this request is justified based on the fact we have
encountered weather conditions in the interim that have severely hampered our ability to obtain the
desired results . As a matter of fact , we spent a great deal of money to have the area reworked,
including removing accumulated silt, repairing the silt fence , regrading the slopes of the detention
ponds where they had rutted, and replaced the hydromulch that had washed away . Since that time ,
the rain has created t he need for additional work which we are planning to do as soon as conditions
permit. We plan to install erosion control matting where necessary to help hold the soil and grass
seed .
We hope to have this done in the very near future , but inasmuch as the February 3 , 1995 deadline
is fast approaching, we request an extension of thirty (30) days be granted .
Your cooperation is appreciated ; and should you wish to discuss this in greater detail , please do not
hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
