I appreciate your time and consideration of the field
changes we discussed Friday, January, 6, 1995. The changes were
requested by the Contractor, Mark Dudley and will affect the
outfall at Area A . Present at the meeting were Mark Dudley,
David Bilbo, Mike Hester and Veronica Morgan.
Topics discussed and approved:
1.} Non reinforced broken curb salvaged from the site may
be used in the bottom part of the outfall. This curb will not be
visible once the rock riprap is placed.
2.} The gradation of the rock riprap may go from 6-18" to
3 -15" .
3.) Overexcavation of the outfall was necessary due to soil
conditions. Salvaged and compacted limestone base material and
asphalt (6" maximum size) may be used in the overexcavated area
to bring it back to final grade .
4.) To keep the rock riprap in place

This letter will serve as confirmation of Woodbrook Owners' Associations, Inc.
Agreement to allow Woodstock Owners' Association to install drainage systems
through Woodbrook Condominiums with the following stipulations:
1) Installation of said drainage system will not necessitate any construction
under or through existing parking areas;
2) Such systems will not alter or otherwise interfere with common areas currently
being regularly maintained by lawn care services;
3) Such systems will not drain directly onto existing parking area or regular
common areas;
4) Such systems will not cause erosion or flooding of Woodbrook Owners'
Association property adjacent to Wolf Pen Creek.

DRAINAGE BASIN: Woifpen Creek
TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT: This permit valid for the drainage improvements and
parking lot construction as shown on the approved construction plans. Contractor shall
prohibit all debris from construction including dirt and silt, from entering public streets
and drainage facilities. Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to existing
streets, curbs, or public infrastructure due to the construction activities. Contractor
shall prevent construction vehicles from tracking dirt, mud, and debris from all exit
points of the project, onto any public street. Contractor shall use appropriate erosion
control measures such as silt fencing and hay bales to prevent silt and debris from
exiting the project site. Contractor shall use extreme caution when working around the
Woifpen Creek area. Any fill, construction debris or siltation originating from this
construction MUST not enter the creek. Removal of this material will be the
responsibility of the contractor and any damage to existing vegetation as a cause of this
action may result in action by the City for fall compliance with the Wolfpen Creek
zoning district requirements as set forth within the City of College Station Zoning
Ordinance.
In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College
Station, measures shall be taken to insure that debris from construction, erosion, and
sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets, or existing drainage facilities.
Contractor shall be responsible for damage to any existing street, curb or other public
infrastructure.
I hereby grant this permit for development of an area within the special flood
hazard area. All development shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications
su itted to and approved by the City Engineer in the development permit application
t he above named project and all of the codes and ordinances of the City of College
