TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT:
This permit is valid for site construction associated with the renovation of the old Church's
Chicken to a new Santa Fe Pizza. Any dirt, debris or siltation that enters any public right-of-
way shall be cleaned out immediately by the Co ntractor. Noncompliance with any provision of
this permit is cause for suspension of the p ermit.
The Contractor shall provide erosion co ntrol if necessmy to prevent silt and debris from leaving
the immediate construction site and entering city stre ets or area cree ks in accordance with th e
City of Co llege Station Drainage Policy and Design Criteria. Contractor shall be responsible for
any damage to adjacent properti es, city streets or infrastruc ture due to heavy machinery and/or
equipment as well as erosion , siltation or sedim entation resu lting from the p ermitted work.
Thi s p ermit expires six months from th e date of issuance.
In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station,
measures shall be taken to insure that debris from construction, erosion, and sedimentation shall
not be deposited in city streets, or existing drainage facilities .
I hereby grant this permit for development of an area outside the special flood hazard area.
All development shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and
approved by the City Engineer in the development permit application for the above named project
and all of the codes and ordinances of the City of College Station that apply .
