The Owner and/or Contractor shall assure that all disturbed areas are sodden and establishment of vegetation occurs prior to removal of any silt fencing or hay bales used for temporary erosion control. The Owner and/or Contractor shall also insure that any disturbed vegetation be returned to its original condition , placement and state. The Owner and/or Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to adjacent properties , city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equipment as well as erosion, siltation or sedimentation resulting from the permitted work . In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station , measures shall be taken to insure that debris from construction , erosion , and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets , or existing drainage facilities . Requirement: Item 1 of the SCOPE OF WORK as depicted on the approved SITE PLAN states : 1. Remove and dispose of section of concrete parking Jot that has been undermined by erosion as will as portions of retaining wall that have fallen into the waterway. Recommend Corrective Action: Remove and dispose of the portions of the old retaining wall that have fallen into the waterway . Appropriate action must be taken to bring this site into compliance to ensure the health , safety and welfare of our community . If action can not be taken within 10 days of receipt of this letter, please provide written documentation as to the reason for the delay , and the expected time frame for taking actions to bring the site into compliance. If corrective actions are not taken or written documentations to the reason for the delay is not received within the allotted time period, enforcement action will be taken in accordance with Chapter 13, § 7 of the Code of Ordinances.
