A Development Permit was issued and construction has just begun. In order to take advantage of anticipated marketing opportunities, it is in my best interest to split the two phases into stand-alone projects that can be approved as soon as construction on each is completed. This change will not require any adjustments to the proposed infrastructure and no additional plans will be submitted for review . Please consider this letter as my formal request to split the development into separate phases. My understanding of this process is that it requires a second Development Permit Application and the associated fees. I have included those with this let .
