At all locations where proposed water line crosses the proposed sanitary sewer line, 1 joint of SDR 26 PVC pipe meeting ASTM D2241 standards is to be installed centered at the crossing with cement stabilized sand embedment per TNRCC Rules. The work covered by this written clarification shall be performed under the same terms and conditions as set forth and included in the original construction contract.
