Assistant City Engineer CITY OF COLLEGE STATION P.O. Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: Alexandria Phase 4B Drainage Analysis Dear Mr. Mayo: Detention requirements and storm sewer design for Alexandria Phase 4B were analyzed during the development of Phases 1, 2, and 3. The report titled Drainage Report for Alexandria Subdivision dated November 1999 developed the preliminary storm sewer design parameters for this phase of construction. Detailed design of Phase 48 matches the original design assumptions for the drainage report except for the drainage of Chesapeake Lane and Wheaton Court. An additional set of low point inlets have been added to Chesapeake Lane in order to adequately drain the street. Also, the drainage area associated with Wheaton Court now drains to inlets located on Chesapeake Lane rather than Markham Court. I have enclosed the revised exhibits that show the calculations for these changes. Please contact me should you have any questions. Sincerely, !~L Kent Laza, P.E. ~'I /o!
