required to remain is strictly prohibited . The disposal of any waste material such as , but not limited to , pa int , oil, solvents ,
asphalt , concrete , mortar , or other harmful liqu ids or materials with in the drip line of any tree required to rema in is also

The Contractor sha ll take al l necessary precautions to preve nt silt and debris from leaving the immed iate construction site
in accordance w ith the approved erosion control plan as we ll as the City of Co ll ege Station Dra inage Policy and Design
Criteria . If it is determined the prescribed erosion control measures are ineffective to retain all sed iment ons ite , it is the
contractors respons ibility to implement measures that wi ll meet City , State and Federal requ irements . The Owner and/or
Contractor shall assure that all disturbed areas are sodden and establishment of vegetation occurs prior to remova l of any
s ilt fenc ing or hay bales used for temporary eros ion control. The Owner and /or Contractor shal l also insure that any
d isturbed vegetat ion be returned to its orig inal condition , placement and state . The Owner and /or Contractor shall be
respons ible for any damage to adjacent properties , city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equipment
as well as erosion , siltation or sedimentation resulting from the permitted work.
In accordance w ith Chapter 13 of the Code of Ord inances of the City of College St at ion , measures shall be taken to insure
that debris from construction , erosion , and sed imentation shall not be depos ited in city streets , or ex isting drainage
facilities .
I hereby grant this permit for development of an area ins ide the special flood hazard area . All development shal l be in
accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City Enginee r in the development permit
application for the above named project and all of the codes and ordinances of the C ity of College Station that app ly .
