Submission of this Notice of Intent constitutes notice that the party identified in Section II of this form intends to be authorized by a NPDES permit issued for
storm water discharges associated with industrial activity in the State identified in Section Ill of this form. Becoming a permittee obligates such discharger to
comply with the terms and conditions of the permit . ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED ON THIS FORM .

Re : TPDES General Permit for Construction Storm Water Runoff
Storm Water Notice of Intent Authorization
Your Notice of Intent application for authorization under the general permit for discharge of storm water
associated with construction activities has been received. Please refer to the attached certificate for the
identification number that was assigned to your project/site and the effective date. Please use this number
to reference this project/site for future communications with the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality (TCEQ).
A Notice of Termination must be submitted when permit coverage is no longer needed. You may obtain a
Notice of Termination form at the web site listed below. All autho~tions that are active on September
1st of each year will be assessed an annual fee of $100.00. TJ:ie Notice of Termination must be post
marked for delivery to TCEQ on or before September 1 to avoid the annual fee assessment.
The billing statement will be mailed to the Operator.in January and payment must be made within
30 days to avoid late fees. It is the responsibility of the Operator to notify the TCEQ Storm Water
Processing center of any change in address supplied on the original Notice of Intent.
If you have any questions regarding coverage under this general permit or other technical issues, you inay
contact the storm water technical staff at (512) 239-4671. For questions related to processing you may
contact the Storm Water Processing Center by email at SWPERMIT@tceq .state.tx.us or by telephone at

Coverage Effective: June 19, 2005
TCEQ's storm water construction general permit requires certain storm water pollution prevention and control measures, possible
monitoring and reporting, and periodic inspections. Among the conditions and requirements of this permit, you must have prepared and
implemented a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWP3) that is tailored to your construction site. As a facility authorized to discharge
under the storm water construction general permit, all terms and conditions must be complied with to maintain coverage and avoid possible
penalties .

Drainage Report Dated June 27, 2005
A trapezoidal ditch with an 18' base, 4 to 1 side slope, and 1.5' of depth is to be constructed
from the detention pond outlet weir to a stock tank on the Haupt Ranch property. This 30' wide
ditch will be centered within a 40' wide drainage easement. The ditch has a capacity of 178 cfs
thus exceeding the 128.6 cfs peak discharge of the detention pond. The velocity at the peak flow
of 178 cfs is 4.06 fps.
