7.5.E ., Landscape /Stree tscape Plan Requirements of the City 's Un ified Development Ordinance , pr ior to any operat ions of
this permit. The cleaning of equipment or materials within the drip line of any tree or group of t rees that are protected and
requi red to rema in is strict ly prohib ited . The disposal of any waste material such as , but not li m ited to , pa int , oi l, solvents ,
asphalt , conc rete , mortar, or other harmful liqu ids or mate ri als with in the drip line of any tree required to rema in is also
proh ibi ted .
TCEQ PHASE II RULES IN EFFECT
The Contracto r sha ll take all necessary precautions to prevent silt and debris from leaving the immed iate construct ion site
in ac cordance with the approved erosion control plan as well as the C ity of College Station Dra inage Policy and Design
Cri teria . If it is de termined t he presc r ibed erosion contro l m easures are ineffective to reta in all sed iment onsite , it is the
cont ractors responsibility to implement measures that w ill meet City , State and Federal requirements. The Owne r and/o r
Contractor sha ll assure tha t all disturbed areas are sodde n and estab li shment of vegetation occurs prior to removal of any
sil t fencing or hay bales used for temporary erosion control. The Owner and /or Contractor shall also insure that any
d istu rbed vegeta ti on be returned to its or iginal condition , placement and state . The Owner and/or Contractor shall be
respons ible fo r any damage to adjacent propert ies , city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equ ipment
as wel l as erosion , siltation or sedimentation resulting from the perm itted work .
In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ord inances of the City of College Station , measures sha ll be ta ken to insure
that debris from construction , erosion , and sedimentatio n shall not be deposi ted in city st reets , or existing drainage
fac il it ies .
I hereby grant thi s perm it fo r develop m ent of an area outside the spec ial flood hazard area . All deve lopment shall be in
acco rdance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City Engineer in the development perm it

All construction must be in compliance with the approved construction plans
All trees required to be protected as part of the landscape plan must be completely barricaded in accordance with Section
7.5.E., Landscape/Streetscape Plan Requirements of the City's Unified Development Ordinance , prior to any operations of
this permit. The cleaning of equipment or materials within the drip line of any tree or group of trees that are protected and
requ ired to remain is strictly prohibited . The disposal of any waste material such as , but not limited to , paint, oil , solvents ,
asphalt , concrete , mortar, or other harmful liquids or materials within the drip line of any tree required to remain is also
proh ibited .
TCEQ PHASE 2 REGULATIONS IN EFFECT
The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to prevent silt and debris from leaving the immediate construction site
in accordance with the approved erosion control plan as well as the City of College Station Drainage Policy and Design
Criteria . If it is determined the prescribed erosion control measures are ineffective to retain all sediment onsite , it is the
contractors responsibility to implement measures that will meet City , State and Federal requirements . The Owner and/or
Contractor shall assure that all disturbed areas are sodden and establishment of vegetation occurs prior to removal of any
silt fencing or hay bales used for temporary erosion control. The Owner and/or Contractor shall also insure that any
disturbed vegetation be returned to its original condition , placement and state . The Owner and/or Contractor shall be
responsible for any damage to adjacent properties , city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equipment
as well as eros ion , siltation or sedimentation resulting from the permitted work .

facil iti es .
I hereby grant this permit for development of an area outside the special flood hazard area . All development shall be in
accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City Engineer in the development permit
application for the above named project and all of the codes and ordinances of the City of College Station that apply .
