All construction must be in compliance with the approved construction plans
All trees required to be protected as part of the landscape plan must be completely barricaded in accordance with Section
7.5 .E., Landscape/Streetscape Plan Requirements of the City's Unified Development Ordinance , prior to any operations of
this permit. The cleaning of equipment or materials with in the drip line of any tree or group of trees that are protected and
required to remain is strictly prohibited . The disposal of any waste material such as , but not limited to , paint, oil, solvents,
asphalt , concrete , mortar, or other harmful liquids or materials within the drip line of any tree required to remain is also
prohibited.
TCEQ Phase II requirements are in effect.
The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to prevent silt and debris from leaving the immediate construction site
in accordance with the approved erosion control plan as well as the City of College Station Drainage Policy and Design
Cr iteria . If it is determined the prescribed erosion control measures are ineffective to retain all sediment onsite , it is the
contractors responsibility to implement measures that will meet City , State and Federal requirements . The Owner and/or
Contractor shall assure that all disturbed areas are sodden and establ ishment of vegetation occurs prior to removal of any
silt fencing or hay bales used for temporary erosion control. The Owner and/or Contractor shall also insure that any
disturbed vegetation be returned to its original condition , placement and state. The Owner and/or Contractor shall be
responsible for any damage to adjacent properties , city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equipment
as well as eros ion , siltation or sedimentation resulting from the permitted work.
In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station , measures shall be taken to insure
that debris from construction , erosion , and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets , or existing drainage
facilities .
I hereby grant this permit for development of an area ins ide the special flood hazard area . All development shall be in
accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City Engineer in the development permit
application for the above named project and all of the codes and ordinances of the City of College Station that apply .

and width requirements as the stabilized construction ex it, unless
otherwise shown on the construction drawings.
5. Stabilized oreo may be widened or len9thened to accommodate o
truck washing oreo . An outlet sediment trap must be provided for the
truck washing oreo .

GENERAL NOTES
GENERAL
1. All contractor vehicles, including employee 's vehicles, shall
project site to minimize traffic on the public streets adjacent
site
entrance . Contractor will provide sufficient parking areas to occom
vehicles . Any areas disturbed or destroyed by vehicular parking will
repaired
to original condition prior to completion of project .
2. Controctors shall ensure that no d irt from the project accumulates in the
existing
streets. If dirt or debris from the project site accumulates on odjocent
streets , the contractor shell immediately cleon those oreos .
3 . Contractor shall piece erosion control protection ot oppropriote
downstream
locations to minimize silt ond debris from leovin9 the construction site and
entering the drainage system .
4. If required on the plans, the contractor shall maintain o vehicle wash
down oreo of sufficient size and in a locotion to facilitate cleaning his
vehicles prior to leovin9 the work site.
5 . Once vegetation is well established contractor is responsible for removing
all temporary erosion control measures {i.e . silt fences . rock check dams,
etc .)
6 . Structural controls shall be installed as soon ofter clearing as practical
and maintained in good working order until the site is stabilized .
7 . Alternate structural controls may be utilized if approved by Engineer.
8 . The contractor shall comply with the TCEO STORM WATER DISCHARGE
PROGRAM and is responsible for completing and filing the appropriate forms .
When joining two or more "Silt Stop· Fences tie the
two end posts together with nylon cord .
