The Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider a request for variance
from Floyd Maksche at their called meeting in the Council Room
of the College Station City Hall at 7 :30 p . m. on Tuesday, August 29, 1978,
the nature of the case being as follows :
The applicant requests a variance to setback and parking provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance in order to add to a non -conforming structure at
315 University Drive .
Further information is available at the office of the Building Official
of the City of College Station .
