effect of a p a rticular zoning requirement on a proposed plan. A complete
'application for variance raust also be filed along with any drawings or data
n e cessary to show the nature and e x tent of the variance~.
(2) There will be no it e m pla ced on the Board agenda nor any notice
publis~e d until all of the materials mentioned above are complete and in
hand. We provide no materials to the Board in support of a variance except
that which we receive from the applicant and can reproduce in-house (8 1/2 x
14 na x size, line work).

of the tract, identifying the section of the ordinance and
specifying the variation .

findings that the Board nust raake in order to grant a variance.
If th e Board cannot agree with any one ?f these,. the y will not
be able to grant the variance.
(c) The application will be s e nt to the Building Official,. City
Eng i n e er and Fire Harsha! for comment on any facts within their
knowle dg e which ~a y b e ar on the case.
