TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of College Station
will consider a request for a variance from Ken Martin at their
called meeting in the Council Room in the College Station City
Hall at 7:30 P. M. on Tuesday, July 19, 1977, the facts of the
case being as follows:
The applicant requests a variance to the requirement of the Zoning
Ordinance that a spectacular sign be at least 15 feet above ground
in order to place a spectacular sign 13 feet above ground a t his
business at 107 Dominik Drive.
