Action vhich, in the opinion of the appellant, should have been taken :_...~....-'--­ I ni ti Issuance of permit to allow restoration of sign removed by previous t enant without authority from owner. If the sign was nearer than 10' to the property line, i t was located there prior to the 10' requirement . Appellant's remarks--grounds for appeal:~~~ tllitial Restoration of this sign will allow new tenant, B & B Grocer~1 to enjoy the same visual advertising that this location has had since construction. An adjacent Circle Drive -In Sign presently in place protrudes similarly. If the sign should fall within 10 1 of the property line, a variance is hereby requested to allow restoration in the original location.
