We feel that this variance is necessary to help direct the traffic through a safer tra ~fic pattern. The following alternatives to the requested vari3nce are possible; I would like to discuss in person the alternatives that the Board would feel acceptable if this request is denied. Staff allows small detached entrance/exit signs in all commercial and office zones , This would serve the purpose as the applicant states it. Further- more, A-Puses are generally those uses which do not have a need for detached signs.
