WE! havB bBBn trying to gBt onE! a lot longBr than thBy havB. Gib-
son 1 s alrBady had onB sign on thE! shopping cBntBr, such as it was,
and WE! don't havB any kind of sign. ThE! shopping cBntBr sign i s
so far away from our storB that a sign on this would not do us any
good .
WE! pay a lot of taxBs in CollBgE! Station, and WE! would
likB to promotB CollBgE! Station and bBcomB part of its growth. WE!
also fBBl WE! havB stoppE!d a lot of pE!oplE! from driving to Bryan
from CollBQE! Station to buy grocBriBs sincB WE! bought out this
storB to kBE!p it from bBing closBd . WE! fBE!l WE! hBlp draw morE!
pE!oplE! into CollBgE! Station for shopping purposE!s from thB sur-
rounding communitiBs .
WE! havB compBtition coming up across thB strBE!t from us,
and I know thBy arB having a strBE!t sign. As our storE! is hiddE!n

as WE! can gBt it .

Center. This sign is to be installed directly in front of

No date has been set for the hearing on this request, but you
