This variance uill not be contra.-r-y to the public interest by vi-.rtue of the f oll oiang facts: With more than one sign, Chi Chi sign will not int erfere with pub lic health and safety -and also Chi Ch i sign will be smaller and more a ttractive then the present Quality Inn sign . Enclosed please find design of ~he sign which we wish to erect. This design is drawn to scale showing size of steel and ~oundation scale 1" to 1'-0". "Chi-Chi" Restaurant desires to erect this sign where the Quality Inn is now located. The Quality Inn sign will , of course, be removed. This new sign is simple in design, neat in appearance and will compliment the premises there at 1500 South Texas Avenue. · Waldrum sign Company will be pleased to co-operate in any man- ner we can in order to erect this Restaurant sign.
