Enclosed please find design of ~he sign which we wish to erect. This design is drawn to scale showing size of steel and ~oundation scale 1" to 1'-0". "Chi-Chi" Restaurant desires to erect this sign where the Quality Inn is now located. The Quality Inn sign will , of course, be removed. This new sign is simple in design, neat in appearance and will compliment the premises there at 1500 South Texas Avenue. · Waldrum sign Company will be pleased to co-operate in any man- ner we can in order to erect this Restaurant sign.
