This variance is necessary due to the followin g unique and specia l conditions of
the land not found in like dist r icts :
The lot is unique with respect to other corner lots because the front property line is
on a curve (200 ft. radius) which makes it more difficult to define the exact location of
the 25 foot building line. ------------------------------------·------------
The following alternatives to the requested variance are possible: ~native

This variance will not be contrary to the public interest by virtue of the following
