The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the C1ty of College Station will
consider a request for a variance from Johnnie E. Kuder, Jr., 1020
Puryear, at their regu1ar meeting in the Counc11 Room of the College
Station City Hall, 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1980.
The nature of the case is as follows:
Applicant requests a variance of the setback requirements for the
construction of a carport.

I, Johnnie E. Kuder Jr., owner o f property on Puryear
Street in College Station, Texas am requesting permission
to build a carport at a location shown on the attached map.
(Exhibit A).
The undersigned neighbors who live next to me by their
signature do not have any objection to my building this
carport at the described location.
