The Zoning Board of Adj ustment of the City of College Station will
consider a request for a Variance to the rear setback requirements,
Ordinance No. 850, in the name of E.S. Camp, 1809 Sabine Ct., College
Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 1980. The nature
of the case is as follows: The applicant requests that a permit be
issued to build an accessory structure within + 19.5 feet of the rear
property line. -
