This variance is necessary due to the following unique and special conditions of the land not found in like districts: I have purchased a 26-ft boat which needs the protection of a carport to prevent deterioration due to exposure to the elements. The following alternatives to the requested variance are possible: None other than length of carport could be reduced by 2 foot. This variance will not be contrary to the public interest by virtue of the following f~cts: This carport will be erected 12 foot from driveway surface which will not impair vision. It will he constrllcted of materials to be compatible with surro1mding strnct11res. The facts stated by me in this application are true and correct.
