The Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider a request from
Robert C. Potts at their called meeting in the Council
Room of the College Station City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday,
April 22, 1975, the facts of the case being as follows:
The applicant request a variance from the rear setback requirements
of the Zoning Ordinance in order to construct an addition to a residence
on his property at 306 Lee Street, Lot 11, Block 4, Oak.wood Addition.
