Located approximately .4 miles west of the intersection ofFM2818 and FM2154

TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT:
This permit is valid for the construction of a gas pipeline located at the above location .
The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to prevent silt and debris from leaving the immediate
construction site in accordance with the approved erosion control plan as well as the City of College
Station Drainage Policy and Design Criteria . Owner & Contractor shall assure that all disturbed areas are
sodden and establishment of vegetation occurs prior to removal of any silt fencing of hay bales used for
temporary erosion control. Owner & Contractor shall also insure that any disturbed vegetation be returned
to its original condition, placement and state. Owner & Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to
adjacent properties , city streets or infrastructure due to heavy machinery and/or equipment as well as
erosion, siltation or sedimentation resulting from the permitted work. Contractor shall notify City of
College Station Water and Wastewater Division at 764-3659 24 hours prior to construction.
Contractor shall notify Engineering Inspector, John Logan, at 764-3570 24 hours prior to
construction for inspection during construction.
This permit expires six months from the date of issuance .
In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be
taken to insure that debris from construction, erosion , and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city
streets , or existing drainage facilities.
I hereby grant this permit for development of an area outside the special flood hazard area . All
development shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted to and approved by the City
E ineer in the development permit application for the above named project and all of the codes and
inances of the City of College Station that appl y .

It is expressly understood that the TxDOT does not purport, hereby, Lo grant any right, claim, title, or easemenc in or upon thi~
highway: and it is further understood that the TxDOT may require the owner to relocate this line, subject to provisions o l
governing laws , by giving thirty (30) days written notice.
You are requested to not ify this office prior to commencement of any routine of periodic maintenanee which · requires pruning
of trees within the highway right-of-way, so that we may provide specifications for the extent and methods to govern in trimming,
topping, tree balance, type of cuts, painting cuts and clean up. These specifications are intended to preserve our considerable
investment in highway planting and beautification, by reducing damage due to trimming.
The installation shall not damage any part of the highway and adequate provisiorts must be made to cause minimum inconveniences
to traffic and adjacent property owners .. In the event the Owner fails lO comply wi th any or all of the requirements as set forth
herein, the State may take such action as it deems appropriate to compel compl iance_
