We have modified the proposed Luther Street to transition down to a 24 foot pavement section in front of the Hughes, McCoy and Peterson tracts. In addition, we have rerouted the 16 inch waterline around these tracts. The attached plans illustrate the changes for the roadway and for the waterline . Jim Calloway, with the City of College Station, is familiar with the history behind these infrastructure changes and has requested that we send the revision to you for review . Please contact Joe Mulvihill or myself if you have any questions in regard to the roadway design and layout. Also attached is a copy of the drainage calculations ill u strating the capacity of the proposed 2: 1 concrete ditch on the north side of the roadway . Sincerely , cc: Joseph J .
