proposed site is zoned a special zoning classification. WPC -Wolf Pen Development Corridor.
Apartment development is allowed within the WPC district.
As a permitted use within the Wolf Pen Creek Development Corridor. apartment development at
this location would be in accordance with the City's plans and development policies for the
