The concrete plant walls and pavement divert it across the adjacent landowner property, (Arnold Tract). The previous design we did included this elaborate discharge structure which was need to convert the flow back to sheet flow at the property line. We have not had any success in getting an easement from the Arnold Tract. The new owner of the concrete plant is agreeable to give us an easement as shown on the attached drawings. This would allow us to pipe or channel the discharge from our pond into a swale on the City's property. We will pursue getting the private drainage easement from the concrete plant owner if the City will allow us to construct a channel that will discharge into the swale. We anticipate a channel with a bottom width of 2 to 4' and 1.5' deep. From the concrete plant to the swale, the channel will be about 55' in length. We can put a concrete flume in the bottom if needed. If you want to go look at the site, let me know and I can meet you there. Let me know what you think. Thanks Joe Joe Schultz, P.E.
