A.o RK General Information Location: Caprock Crossing is located on the south side of State Highway 40 between State Highway 6 and Arrington Road in southern College Station. General Note: The proposed sewer line will flow into an existing manhole and sewer system constructed for Greens Prairie Phase 5. The land uses are consistent with the existing system studied in the "Arrington Road Sewer Study ", Dated October 23, 2006. Land Use: Commercial Design Criteria Primary Sewer Outfall: An existing 8" sewer line that eventually discharges into a 12" sewer line that crosses State Highway 40. Commercial Demand: Avg. Population Density: 30 People per Acre Avg. Flow: 50 gpd per Person Peaking Factor: 4 Pipe: PVC ASTM D 3034 SDR 26 Applicable Exhibits: Exhibit A — Sanitary Sewer System Layout Appendix A — Sanitary Sewer Analysis Spreadsheet Conclusion The proposed 6 & 8" lines flow into an existing manhole. The analysis in Exhibit B checks the calculated slope required to pass the estimated flow against the design slope shown on the plans. The spreadsheet indicates the design slope is greater than the minimum computed slope, so we conclude that the system is more than capable of carrying the anticipated flows from this phase and future phases of the subdivision. . . \ \" : s - ► o r ' ii;i.:iiiiiK:i ;•S.: •.- : : ":• ::.. •::•' :•:K li•: >,4 i•: ❖' •::" \ \ .:„ :,...,,,zr44111111ftiiimm........:::$41.:::•;:;.::••::::::•;;;;;•;:aOSIZW:::,:::.:;?.7.!.f.: ,\ Ahll C il \ iiii. .•••...... ........., 1 4 , . „.ts .........., , . :::::,e.:. ....„.. .................... .........• ••• :.::::...„*.• 1 \ ••.• • ..,......„....._ 1 .. ..•.:.:.:..... ................ 1 i / / . .#:„....,:tr7.4t. ...„ /47 - .:4?::iy-. , :4:::04• ..•...... 1.::::::::;::: §iiiio. ,, ,_ ...:....,,::::. / , ::::::,..::::::, .:...cr,......:,, /6 41 :r :S f i r. ;• Jd •'''` \ t OLD ARRINGTON ROAD NI!: i: 9 Z \ R gam. \/ SR:' W 1 / \ f 1:._< M • 4 fi D :'. r P rn m m csYn, Nm I V) D y£ D j D .{if I (;D I K Y i ' • S / &MN MO WM ..;:;,•: { .,ti :s : `s :•x•: °.• :• ACCESS .•s LOT 1 ._ • V.:110.44** il ` k • • ' :tit:': ;COS` l: 4 C. ) kk .1.tlil%k 41:. :,; . l ' Zi ,,\ V:; r 0 2 c STATE HIGHWAY 6 o 1 Ca C) CI) h y O ttl C: y . .
