Re: Letter Acknowledging City Standards
Lot 10, Block 2, North Forest Estates Subdivision
College Station, Texas
Dear Mr. Norton
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the construction plans for the
sanitary sewer re -route for the above - referenced project, to the best of my
knowledge, do not deviate from the B /CS Design Guideline Manual. Any alternate
design or construction methodology that was used is listed below:
1. Pipe Size: Existing upstream and downstream pipe size is a 15"
diameter. A 15" diameter pipe size was used
2. Pipe Slope: Existing upstream and downstream pipe flowlines at the
connection points yeild a pipe slope less than that recommended in
the B /CS Design Guideline Manual. Pipe slope of 0.20% meets
TCEQ requirements.
I also acknowledge, to the best of my knowledge, that the details provided in the
construction plans are in accordance with the Bryan /College Station Standard
Details.
Sincerely,
red Paine, P.E.
