Mr. Gibbs:
Re: Tower Point Site Package -Phase 10A, Lot 5 Block 3Nerizon
We have substantially completed the public utility work for the above referenced project. We had
submitted a cashier's check in the amount of $105,235 as security that the work would be
completed. We respectfully request the City of College Station return an amount of $95,235, now
that work has been substantially completed. Per our discussion, the City will retain an amount of
$10,000 to insure we complete the hydromulching work necessary to begin vegetating the areas that
were disturbed by the construction of the utility work and associated Verizon building project. It is
clearly understood the scope of the vegetation work includes not only the actual placement of the
new hyromulch, but also includes the germination and growth of new grass in the disturbed areas.
We hope the new growth of grass will be in place within 60 days and we will contact your office
and staff when we think the area is ready for your review and inspection. We truly appreciate you
and your staff's patience and consideration during the construction process.
Respectfully,
