1. (Repeat) Please submit the Letter of Acknowledgment, Engineers Cost Estimate, NOI,
Water /Fire Flow, Sanitary Sewer, and Drainage Reports for Tower Point Ph.10A. The
Letter of Acknowledgment, Engineers Cost Estimate, NOI, and Drainage Report
were not included in the package.
2. (Repeat) C200 — The sidewalk and ramp on the western side of the driveway needs to
be constructed to continue the ADA route from the HEB to Verizon. The paver
crosswalk across the proposed drive also needs to be shown, labeled, and detailed.
There is still a connecting piece of sidewalk missing between the paver
crosswalks.
3. (Repeat) C402 — If you keep the sanitary sewer line as currently proposed, please
match soffits at MH EX -1.
4. (Repeat) C402 — At proposed MH -B, please label the service flowline. Based on the
provided flowline, a drop connection needs to be added.
5. (Repeat) C402 — Based on the depth of the sanitary sewer line, the PUE needs to be
30 -ft wide where the line is deeper than 14 -ft. The sanitary sewer line should also be
more centered in the PUE.
6. FYI...C5.1 — It would probably be best to leave a stubout for Lot 6.
7. C5.1 — Couldn't the "public" line and manhole crossing the private drive just be a long
service lead?
8. C5.1 — The manholes appear to be a lot deeper than the main. Please adjust.
9. C5.2 — The flowlines at MH -B need to match sheet C5.1.
10. (Repeat) C403 — Label the existing flowlines in and out of MH EX -1. At the existing
storm box, shouldn't it be a 24 -inch pipe tying in? Check the flowlines.
11. (Repeat) C403 — The two existing storm sewer junction boxes need to be raised to
grade with this project. Please label and note.
12. (Repeat) C403 — It appears that the curb is going through an existing junction box.
Please revise.
13. (Repeat) C404 — Please revise labeled fire flow 71500 gpm.
14. (Repeat) C404 — Please add valves at the tees.
15. C5.3 — Please adjust the pipes to match soffits.
16. C5.5 — For future maintenance of the waterline crossing the street, it would be best to
encase or sleeve the waterline.
17. C5.5 — Please add a valve on either side of the waterline street crossing.
18. C5.6 — Please verify that the TCEQ separation distance is being met between the outer
edge of the sanitary sewer manhole and the waterline.

beneficial to install an 8 -inch water line at this stage of development.
