However, I checked on the Pittman driveway and it must remain until redevelopment. We need to keep the driveway apron in the plans. Also, see the attached pdf of Iron Horse Way. The Barron Road project is proposing to increase the flow to the Westfield Village private detention pond. I don't think there are any proposed physical changes to the pond, but more flow will be directed to it. Jacobs did a drainage report for CIP. Daniel will be forwarding a copy for us to look at. Do you think that as long as the pond still functions this is okay? Or do you think we need HOA agreement /permission?
