The attached Open Record Request form is in regard to student housing and apartment projects in College Station from 2008 through 2013. 1 am trying to better understand where, when, and by whom the new projects will be developed. Any information such as location /address, number of units and beds, owner /developer, start date, expected start date, completion date, expected completion date, etc. would be most helpful. Thank you for your help! It is my understanding that there were 20 apartment projects (200 units) permitted in 2010, 62 apartment projects permitted (474 units) in 2011, and 11 apartment projects (447 units) permitted in 2012. 1 assume that student housing is incorporated into the apartment permits.
