Acknowledged 2. Acknowledged with exception - There are many mature trees & bushes on site. We wanted to avoid doing an overall landscape analysis of the entire site. However, I believe if we did, all landscaping requirements would be met. Is this option available to the Church? 3. Existing landscaping is being maintained without an irrigation system. The Church is requesting that this requirement be eliminated. 4. Project proposes additional parking for the elderly & handicapped. Parking analysis was done to document existing and proposed parking conditions. Since new parking is provided Is the additional space a requirement? 5. Acknowledged 6. Acknowledged 7. Acknowledged 8. The stamped plans show 6" concrete pavement. However, the drive could be asphalt with a concrete apron with the ROW. Alan Gibbs, P.E. Sr. Asst. City Engineer City of College Station >>> Ken Fogle 3/6/2006 2:27 PM >>> I do remember this issue coming up before ... I think the pavement surface issue may be more of an engineering one. I seem to remember that Alan was a part of this discussion as well. You might see what he knows. >>> Joey Dunn >>> Are you guys familiar with this request? If you are let me know before I call Mr. Ritchey back. Thanks - Joey >>> Mark Smith 3/6/2006 1:19 PM >>> I just talked to Willis Ritchey. He was following up with me on his request that they be allowed to make a temporary (gravel) drive out from their parking lot over to Rock Prairie Road. The church currently has acces via Old Rock Prairie and many of their members say they just don't want to make the long trip around via Greens Prairie that is required by the one -way frontage roads. I explained that the driveway could not be a gravel one. He is thinking that an asphalt drive may be OK with the church membership. I sent him your way to talk about the process for doing that.
