Please review the attached correspondence from the landscape installer (Landscape Expressions) regarding a plant substitution of the shrubs from dwarf wax myrtles to waxleaf ligustrums. It is our understanding that this substitution is acceptable and both plants are on the approved plant list with an equal point value. Please file this letter and the attached correspondence for record and verification purposes during the building final inspections. Drive Thru is not finished 3. Remove Construction aVTRnt (Tractors & Flat bed Trailer) 4. Remove Porta Cans 5. Replace dead canopy trees throughout the site 6. The existing Modular Bank Building will need to be removed and parking constructed to the approved site and landscape plans prior to the Temporary C.O. being released.
