SUBJECT: CASTLEGATE SEC 10 - Amending Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned plat as requested and has determined it to be an
amending plat to be approved at staff level. The following page is a list of staff review
comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments
and submit the following information for further staff review, approval, and filing at the
Brazos County Clerk's Office:
One (1) copy of the revised amending plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised amending plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the amending plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@cstx.gov

1. The plat boundary does not appear to close.
2. Why are the bearings different from the original plat?
3. The distance of 49.96 shown for Lot 7 in the Original
records.
4. Update Note 3. Property is zoned PDD -H.
5. Title of Plat should be Amending Plat, not Amending Plat.
6. Show Block number.
