(3) There are numerous easements to Gulf States Utilities in the area of
the Speedway to serve the various functions of the Speedway.

(5) We intend to dedicate a 10 -feet wide utility easement on each side of
all lot lines around Tracts 3 thru 10 except along the right -of -way
of the adjacent roads, where the easement will be 20 -feet.
