SUBJECT: DUCK HAVEN ESTATES (FP-RP - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the
comments and submit the following information to be scheduled for a future Planning &
Zoning Commission meeting:
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) copy of deed restrictions.

ENGINEERING
1. Please submit deed restrictions related to subject property in order to comply with
Chapter 212 of the Local Government Code.
2. Please demonstrate how this subdivision complies with Section 13 -D of the
Subdivision Regulations.
3. City data shows Lot 18 is currently owned by Everett and Rhonda Wells. Is this the
case? Are they required to be a signatory to the plat?

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your
next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out
